1) डेयरी उपकरणों के निर्माण (Fabrication) के लिए आवश्यक विभिन्न प्रकार की सामग्रियों की पहचान कीजिए तथा डेयरी प्रसंस्करण में उनकी उपयुक्तता के कारणों को समझाइए। 10,000 लीटर दूध प्राप्त करने और मक्खन निर्माण करने वाले डेयरी संयंत्र का प्रवाह रेखा आरेख (Product Flow Line Diagram) तैयार कीजिए।

2) शीतलन प्रणाली (Refrigeration System) के मूल सिद्धांतों को समझाइए तथा इसमें प्रयुक्त प्रमुख घटकों का उनके कार्यों सहित वर्णन कीजिए, जो आवश्यक शीतलन परिस्थितियों को बनाए रखने में सहायक होते हैं।

3) डेयरी संयंत्रों में प्रयुक्त बॉयलर के विभिन्न माउंटिंग्स (सुरक्षा एवं नियंत्रण उपकरण) तथा सहायक उपकरणों (Accessories) का वर्णन कीजिए तथा उनके कार्यों और बॉयलर के कुशल संचालन में उनके महत्व को स्पष्ट कीजिए।

4) सिंगल-फेज तथा थ्री-फेज इंडक्शन मोटरों के कार्य सिद्धांतों को समझाइए तथा विश्लेषण कीजिए कि सिंगल-फेज मोटर स्व-प्रारंभ (Self-starting) क्यों नहीं होती।

5) भूमिगत जल पुनर्भरण के लिए उपलब्ध विभिन्न रिचार्ज संरचनाओं की पहचान कीजिए तथा वर्षाजल संचयन (Rainwater Harvesting) प्रणाली की कार्यप्रणाली को समझाते हुए जल संरक्षण में उसके व्यावहारिक महत्व को स्पष्ट कीजिए।
