1) दूध प्राप्ति केंद्र (Milk Reception Dock) के लेआउट की योजना बनाते समय ध्यान रखने योग्य महत्वपूर्ण बातों का वर्णन कीजिए। दूध के कुशल प्रबंधन के लिए आवश्यक उपकरणों एवं यंत्रों का वर्णन कीजिए।

2) दूध के होमोजेनाइजेशन (Homogenization) के विभिन्न सिद्धांतों का वर्णन कीजिए। डेयरी प्रसंस्करण और उपभोक्ता उपयोग के संदर्भ में होमोजेनाइज्ड दूध के लाभ एवं हानियों का मूल्यांकन कीजिए।
